Parents will be very much involved in planning the support.

It may be that the Helen can help you access other services such as Parenting Skills, Children’s Centres, Health Services and a range of further support options.

Working alongside the Helen, parents will be encouraged to help their child and find solutions to problems and concerns in a non-threatening way.

If you are unsure, just pick up the phone or email and the PSA will answer any questions you may have about the service or speak to your school.
