We are a dynamic bunch and are always pleased to welcome offers of support and/or new members to our committee. To find out how to get involved at a level which suits you; from simply attending ‘Friends’ events, through to fund raising or even volunteering your time, skills or talents, please contact any of the committee members by email via the addresses at the top of this page. Every offer of support will be warmly welcomed, however much or little!
The Friends of Larkrise have been running our successful 100 Club for three years and we are now ‘recruiting’ new members for 2017 – 2018. If you’ve never joined before, take a few minutes to read through the information below. Then simply fill in the application form and send it to school, c/o The Friends of Larkrise School at the address below. We look forward to welcoming as many new members as possible!
100 clubs are a well-established and successful way of fundraising for many schools and local charities nationwide.
When you join you are given a number which is entered into a monthly draw. You pay one sum of £12.00 per year which entitles you to one entry per month. So: £1.00 per month x 12 = £12.00 A percentage of the money goes into the prize fund and the remainder is used directly to benefit the children at Larkrise School.
Anyone! The 100 Club is open to everyone, so your family, friends and neighbours can all join in and buy shares. You can purchase as many ‘shares’ of £12.00 as you like. Hard copies of the application form are available from school – or download it now. So….the more members we have – the higher the cash prize fund each month – and the more money we raise for the school!
