Lentil & Lemon Soup

Bluebirds had a fantastic Food Tech lesson last week. We made Lentil & Lemon Soup, a recipe from The Covent Garden Soup book, which was very tasty indeed. The various ingredients woke up our senses – lemon, onion, garlic, tomatoes and thyme. We used a switch to activate the blender and how fantastic Bluebirds are with their switch use. A gold star for all I think.
